Join us for the afternoon seminar, where leading experts will present concise talks and take part in interactive panel discussions focused on advancing sustainability in the HVACR industry. Part of the #ManufacturingForTomorrow theme, this session invites participants to engage in bold, solutions-oriented dialogue on the future of sustainable product design and innovation.

It will focus on the role of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) in addressing embodied carbon in the building sector. Key topics include measuring and mitigating environmental footprints, upcoming regulatory shifts (EPBD, CPR, Ecodesign), harmonisation of EPDs across Europe, and the need for HVACR-specific Product Category Rules. We’ll also explore methodological challenges (EN 15804, EN 50693, PEF), the rise of digital EPDs, and barriers to scalability, verification, and tool development.

Set in one of Czechia’s top 13 restaurants, this elegant evening combines fine dining with insightful updates on Eurovent’s activities and recent industry developments. Join us in honouring several industry legends for their invaluable contributions and presenting them with lifelong recognition. Thursday night will see the true Hall of Fame of Eurovent and will be accompanied by interesting anecdotes from the history of the association.

Federico Muñoz Sánchez, CEO at CEISLAB and a long-term member and supporter of Eurovent, will open the night by sharing his and CEISLAB’s story within Eurovent.

Andy Bijmans, Manager Development & Support at Systemair, will follow with his own story. Andy is a true Eurovent Legend himself, enjoying a wide popularity among the Eurovent family and the engineering community.
